How can i tell how big my cockapoo puppy will get?

Shes 5 month old and weighs about 4 pounds

Her genetics are what will determine her size. How big was mom and dad? There's your best prediction...their size.

It does somewhat depend on the size of the parents, but not always.
Usually at about 6 months old they are as big as they are going to get. They put on a little more weight, but won't actually get any bigger.
I would say she's not going to get a whole lot bigger!
