I was in your sandals/shoes once... but i quit it.. i know i can't live my life on the wire every second. you should'nt live on the wire as well... don't worry before things happen.. appreciate your parents even though they have seperate lives. Have a journal/diary, to write down how you feel. put two columns that read thoughts and corrections. thoughts is for what you are currently thinking, corrections is how you real feel if its true. Like lets say you wrote down you think you are weird, and then on corrections write down no i am perfectly normal..the inner devils try to always bring you down..
Hey,
I know how you feel. Depression is a terrible thing but you can get help for it. Just tell your parents how you feel and ask for a psychiatrist... People say that shrinks don't work but they actually do in a sense... Just think of all the good things that you want to do in life... and if you're losing friends then just keep trying to make new ones and explain to them about how you feel. If they back out from the friendship then they weren't good friends in the first place...
Good luck!
Love,

I'd say it is something to be expected that you will feel depression since you got parents who divorced. As human beings we feel sadness. When we feel sad, we like a little privacy so some friendships sometimes feel like a load.
But it is just something that you will pass through for sure. So, treat it as something temporary.
Do good in your studies. The future will be better and of course you can get used to living without your parents. I can even see 17 yr olds here kicking to move out and live on their own.
It's normal that every now and then you experience sadness and then happiness.
That is the first step.
Admitting that you need help. And now it is out there in the open.
Have you given thought to going for some counseling to help you
unravel all the thoughts that are filling your mind with not so pleasant ideas?
You may find it very beneficial to just talk out your thoughts, your feelings and get everything out in the open so you can understand the whole picture.

How can i stop my depression
hi, im dan, I've been really depressed for quite a while now and I've lost a lot of my friends because of it. Ever since my parents got divorced, I've been thinking about the feature and how bad it will be. I keep thinking about if I can make it without...
my parents and what will happen if my parents die. I dont know what to do and I just want things to be normal again. One minute I'll be fine and the next I'll be thinking about suicide, although I would never commit suicide. I think and think and think about all the worsts things and I cant stop it and I really need help.
