How can I become anorexic?

  Ok one you do not want that you could die

  and here is what i am doing to lose 30 lbs

  1. set a goal that is not out there like 30 lbs or 15
  2. One day sit and list everything you eat and do
  3. Look up Calorie evoluator or counter
  4. Count calories and carbs .. Do not go under 1200 calories in one day , if you do you WILL GAIN wieght, your body take it as you do not have food so it will store fat and water
  5. Cut out soda and sugars.. not cold turkey take time .. if you want some sugar have 3 or 4 kisses or 1/4 of a candy bar
  6. Eat in moderation
  7. Eat small meals or snack through the day, instead of 3 big meals, try somethign like : 600 cal -breakfast 100 to 150 snack 200 lunch 100 150 snack 100 - 150 snack 200 to 300 dinner 100 - 150 snack and what ever is left over is for drinks or if you want some thing not so heathy , i found tv dinner help me out alot

  and walk or doing some active for at least 30 during the day , if that mean two 15 mins of walking up and down stairs just get that heart rate up..

  Drink water but not too much

  You cannot just "become anorexic." Anorexia is a life threatening disease. It is not something healthy people become. Anorexic people need immediate professional help before they die or do permanent damage to their body.

  If you want to lose weight without having a life threatening illness: -Walk -Eat small meals often to keep your metabolism going fast -Avoid pig and cow meat -Check nutrition labels, avoid anything high in saturated fat or cholesterol -Drinks lots of water -Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
