Tell them you are vegatarian. Or vegan for that matter. Why did you except a job there if you hate the food. Yuck, you have to smell something you hate all day long,. I'd puke.
dont do that rather suffering from crappy spare ribs then crappy salad
It doesn't smell lol its just a tiny place in the mall. You can smell like vegetables I guess but I have no problem with that, I just hate rice. I live in a small town, its hard to get a job and I need to save up for college
tell them that you only eat red meat, that you are on an adkins diet.
They wont believe I'm on a diet haha
why wont they believe your on a diet?!
because they saw me eating mcdonalds hahaha
Tell them you have a sensitive stomach (spicy) and a mild food allergy (rice)
lol...yeah, tell them you have irritible bowel syndrome!!!
Mehhh... I don't think it'd be a good idea to talk about 'dookie-problems' so soon at a new job.
dude ats at your work they aint gunna care if you say that you dont like thai food. I dont like tacos but ima work at taco bell. they wont find it offensive.
Just eat it and lie that you enjoy it. It's not going to kill you.
just say 'no thanks' or 'I already ate'. I doubt they're going to question you about it
Thai is my favorite cuisine. Perhaps if you tried more dishes you would find something you like. Thai food is a mixture of different cuisines. There are curry dishes that are similar to Indian food. Stir fried vegetables over rice that are similar to Chineese dishes, and the more distinctive noodle dishes like Pad Thai, Rad Na, Pad Ke Mao (drunken noodles) etc. Perhaps you have tried only one kind of Thai food.
Tell them you're allergic to the spices, or that you're lactose intolerant [I believe thai cooking uses cheese]

How can I say I don't like their food without offending them?
I start a job at a Thai food place tomorrow and I think they are going to want me to try their food on like my break. The problem is I cant stand the food, I tried it several times before getting the job and I just cant get used to it.
What do I say if they want me to try it? Because I don't want to offend their culture.
