just keep cutting the ends of your hair but like only where you see your hair kinda parting.

I guess just use a better conditioner and leave it on for longer.
and do a weekly deep conditioning treatment.

wash with eggs, let it stay in your hair for most of your shower.. also you can condition with some black australian beezwax. Mainly meant for dreads but it's full of vitamins and minerals for your hair to grow healty, wait till you got a day where you're not doing anything and apply it lightly to your hair, slick it back so it doesn't tangle, and wash it out at the end of the day. Paul Mitchells tea tree shampoo and conditioner is expensive but awesome happy

The first question to ask, is why you are getting split ends. Many times they are caused by cutting your hair with a dull blade (razor knife, etc). Sometimes they are caused by excessive hair treatments (chemicals), or perhaps using a hair blower that is too hot. Ensure first that what you use to cut your hair is very sharp, use a good quality conditioner and don't overwork your hair.

Simply just use a really good conditioner. Maybe switch hairdressers too.
