How can I not let myself be used?

I always end up getting used. Im only 16, I've done sexual things with like four guys but Ill do anything if a guys asks. All my relationships have been purely physical, and I really can't say no. I've even cheated on a boyfriend I was dating for 7 months. How can I learn to control myself?

It depends on how you put yourself out there. Its so easy to get a bad girl reputation at your age and people talk. If there are rumours going around that you are easy or something then guys will take advantage of that fact.

You need to stop doing things with guys until you are with someone for a long time.Nobody can force you to say 'no' to guys, you have to stand up for yourself and realize what you are doing. I highly suggest that you go and get STD tested since you have been with that many different guys. If you keep going like this you are going to have a really bad reputation and you will regret it all. Think about your future.

yeah, I do have a bad rep, it sucks. I got std tested, im clean luckily. theres not an std problem at my school even though I live in a bubble.

hey just chill and change the way you to bad things like that. You should stop before it can get worse.

There could be a lot of people with STD's at your school, you wouldn't know. They aren't going to put it on the announcements that someone has an STD, lol. STD's are more popular then you think.

ummm...my best advice would be to change the way you act , by being around with different people!! - try hanging around with friends that'll lift you up!! by making you feel like you're worth something!! hey, you're 16!! life is meant to be sweet at that age!! IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE WASTED ON GUYS THAT USE YOU!! learn to know when enough is ENOUGH!! and have your friends be your guide to stop you!! join clubs or sports...or something you like... change your attuide!!...and while you're checking out some guys... go for the good boy type... get to know him first as friends and restrain yourself from anything physical!!... hope I helped!! <3

It does suck that you have a bad rep because thats going ot attract the type of guys you don't want, so you have your work cut out for ya. A major thing to know is that good guys will never pressure you for anything. If they start to pressure you know they are just trying to get in. You remind me so much of this girl I hooked up with when she had a boyfriend. Not a bad girl at all, beautiful like you but she couldn't say no either. I din't take advantage of that I actually loved the girl. But you must find a way to turn guys down, seriously don't feel afraid, guilty, anything like that. Just say no, otherwise you'll end up like her, pregnent and the daddy took off. And I don't even want to say how many people she's been with, but at the age of 16 she had only been with 3 or 4, I remember that. So many people used her, its just sad
