How can I not be shy?!

OMG! ok.. I'm in a relationship... my first! and we've been together for almost 4 months.. and I cant talk to him in person.. I'm too shy!!! He said he'd wait for me.. but its been awhile and he's starting to get impatient and is giving me a week to change and talk to him more.. I'm not supposed to know this little detail.. how do I get over my shyness???

over coming shyness is hard but easily done! I was same as you bein shy round the lad your going out wit, your heart jumps out your chest, sweaty palms, etc but you soon learn and feel comfortable and forget all that so dont worry spend more time wit him a u;ll soon start to feel more comfortable round Him and u'll open up more x
