How can i make myself throw up?

im not belimic or anything. and i have heard it all so please dont freak . but how can i make myself throw up ?

I probably shouldn't be, but if you say it's not for bulimia then I'll tell you what I do.

When I feel sick I have to force myself to puke it up, so I think of something that grosses me out enough to gag and then I shove my fingers down my throat. It's not pleasant and I'm glad I don't get sick that often. And it doesn't always work.

stick your finger down your throat! Do it too often and your teeth will turn yellow from your stomach acids and the lining of your throat will become thin, susceptibleto rupture and/or bleeding.

Making yourself throw up is not natural - possible denial - when you throw up, there's a coating from the stomach that comes up to protect the body but only for the first time or so per day...I wish you the best !!

just put your fingers down your throat and you will start gagging then you should be sick
