How can i make myself shorter?

I know it's weird but I'm 5'4 and I really wish I was 5'2 or 5'1 should I stop using dairy?

lmao why the hell would you want to be shorter? im 4 foot 10 and it kinda sucks, but I like it for the most part. but I wish I would've grown a little more.

milk is only to help get strong healthy bones, so not taking it isnt going to do much about your growth
5'4 isnt really that tall to begin with, and as you age its likely youll get shorter

Why you'd want to be shorter is something I can't understand..but, there are some tricks you can use...wear flat heels as the other person suggested...wearing contrasting colors always shortens a person; say, a light color top and dark slacks or skirt; the eye 'jumps' from place to place, giving the appearance of a shorter person...you can also try to draw the observer's eye downward, with perhaps a print skirt or slacks, but PLEASE wear prints that are in scale with your height; no huge geometric prints, animal prints, etc...smaller prints...hope this helps!

I am 5'6 and I wish I was about 6 inches taller hehe, but dont cut your dairy you need it for calcium so that your bones stay strong, if you cut it out it puts you at risk for osteoporosous when your older, also if you gain weight you look shorter, my mom is only 5'7 but she looks about 3or4 inches taller than me because she is long and thin and I am heavy.
