How can I make my hair grow faster?

One of my friends told me that if I buy a shampoo made a Chili at will make it grow? Has anybody else heard that? I really have no problem believing it because she has really long hair and she uses it... I don't know

I dont think shampoo can make your hair grow faster. But there's vitamins like biotin that can help it grow healthier maybe faster, but it wont make just the hair on your head grow better, all hair

Yeah you could use a shampoo, or keep your split ends cut off!

Take hair and nail vitamins or prenatal vitamins. You can buy these at any drug store or at Wal-Mart / K-mart ect.

True, it's good to trim off the split ends but that has nothing to do with it growing faster. It's just that if you have split ends, they keep breaking, making the hair shorter.
