How can I make my ex boyfriend jealous after he dumped me?

My ex boyfriend and I were together for 3 years. He was my best friend and sole mate. we were very in much in love. he would talk about wanting to spend the rest of his life with me and all kinds of crazy details. then about two months ago he tells me he needs space and I am putting to much stress in his life. so he broke up with me and now he is out having sex and flirting with some of my friends and other random girls. he sent me an e mail about two weeks ago saying he made the biggest mistake of his life braking up with me and that I was the best thing that ever happened to him. he also said he thinks about me everyday and still loves me!! I didnt write him back. but yet he still is out doing all of this stuff with all these girls. so I want to no what I should do to make him jealous. I also want to no why is he doing all this stuff. is it just to make me mad? or is he trying to forget about me or what? please help me I have no idea what to do and I love him so much!! but I am very confused?????????

Dont pay attention to him. hes being a jerk. I've had the same thing happeend to me. but he just wanted me to go out with him and play me. I got over it and got a new boyfriend. Everything he says about wanting you back and he still loves you and he thinks about you is all a lie. Hes over the realation ships and now hes in to SEX!. get a boyfriend that loves you and wont dump you for haveing sex with other girls.
