How can I make my cubicle at work less claustrophobic?

me Asked by candycane248 about 1 year ago, 1 answer.

I work in a cubicle, sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day. Not quite my dream job, and it often makes me feel anxious and claustrophobic. I walk around and take breaks when the stress hits, but how can I make my little cubicle feel more like home?

Pictures of family.
Reduce the amount of clutter on your desk.
Panoramic, natural style pictures on the walls. Think optical illusion that'll make the area feel larger.
Mirrors, which can help with the illusion of more space.
Coffee breaks every 2 hours or so (at least get out of the cube to stretch, every 1-2 hours).
