Try drinking Camomille Tea. It helps you fall asleep and it's tastey too! Also take some headphones with you and find a relaxing cd that you can put on repeat. (try something that is ocean waves or babbling brooks... that usually works for me.) Also taking a hot bath helps. It brings your body temp up and makes you sleepy.

I was once like that. I finally started sleeping over places that I was fimiliar to and then little by little I would go to places less familiar and then you can work your way to not being as scared. It worked for me so good luck!
maybe you should take pm pills
or pain relievers with pm stuff in it
so you will fall asleep in about 30 minutes
omg I have the same exact problem, I can fall asleep so easily at home, but other places I cant, then my mom would come get me and I would regret it, I never figured it out, lol






How can I make it so that I can just fall asleep?
I am 14 years old and I have had a problem since I was young. When I get invited to sleep over at someones house or go camping with someone I decide to go but get all panicky if I am the only one awake. I immediatley panick and call my mom to come get me. How can I make it so that I can just fall asleep?
