How can I make her feel better?

ok well my girlfriend had like these really bad cramps from her period and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to not let feel pain like that because she said that she couldn't even get up so please! Tell me what I can do to help her I really don't want her to keep on hurting and especially not this much

Kinda gross sounding, but a lot of times sex can actually ease the pain of a period. It does not have to be messy sex, if you do it in the shower it helps. Also a heating pad if you wo are not sexualy active with one another, or evern a massage can help. Poor her a nice warm bath or start a warm shower. Also using certain aromas can help as well as giving her things like warm liquids to drink. There are a few options available to you. Also sometimes jsut doing something sweet for her can help her to feel better, wont take the pain away but will help her to know that you love her or care for her depending on what stage your relationship is at

heat patches. those are awesome for bad cramps. they're kind of like the ones you stick on your neck or back. they say don't stick them directly to your skin but you kinda have to if you expect to get any relief from it. and Midol Midol Midol. they just came out with a super strength Midol that works excellent. also, better pony up the chocolate, foot rubs and be nice nice nice if you don't want your head ripped off
