If you want that weight to stay off, you are going to have to put in the effort by limiting your calories and exercising more. No one wants to hear that, but realize that it took you years to gain the weight, and it will take a long time to change your habits.

well, swimming is not only fun, but also one of the best excersises for you. It works every muscle you have. my girlfriend lost a considerable amount of weight just by cutting soda-pop out of her diet. now she drinks propel fitness water made by gatorade, water, and juice. and what I do is drink slimfast for breakfast. it has a bunch of vitamins I wasn't getting with the food I normally ate, and if you get the strawberries'n'cream flavor, it tastes like captain crunch berries! and who doesn't like crunch berries?
eat food with less than 0.6 in saturated fats cut out sauces. decrease your portions I only have my dinner on a little plate only drink water snack on cherry tomatoes have a big bowl of cereal every morning a sandwich and a low fat yourgurt for lunch then for dinner have a peice of meat of fish nothing battered or coated and veg and then have a bannana after or some strawberrys allow one night a week for a treat like for me every wensdays I have a bar of chocolate and I never feel hungry and I don't feel like im on a deit either im losing about 1-2 pound every week and I've lost two stone so far everyone makes the mistake by thinking it will happen tomorrow and be slim by next week then easily give up because they think deits don't work you gotta be patient and we all know whats good for us and whats bad and when weve eaten to much and you will have them days but you gotta just think ok I had a bad day then get straight back to it the next day losing weight takes time and you need to belive in your self you need to keep telling your self why your doing this. becuase you can do it . good luck
If you lose it quickly, odds are you'll gain it back quickly. If it's any consolation, I have a weight problem too and I can't lose more than 10 pounds of fluid no matter how much I diet or exercise. I thought that once I got my type 2 diabetes under control, that would change but it hasn't. I've learned to focus more on eating healthy than being thin and I find that I feel better about myself. So until someone discovers why some of us can't lose weight, that's my plan.

How can i lose weight quickly?
how can I lose weight quickly? I exercise and try to eat right, but nothing seems to work! I dont care if I need to throw up or just stop eating, but I need to lose weight fast! pleeze help me, I hate being fat! :-(
