Changing your diet will benefit you the most. Exercise without proper diet is pointless. Cutting out some of the major (Bad for you foods) will show some results right away.
1. White Bread
2. White Rice.
3. White Potatoes
4. High fructose type foods
5. Sugar
5. Juices or Sodas, Apple Juice, Gatorade etc. (All filled with high quantities of Sugar)
Simply cutting the above out of your daily diet will put you on to a good start. Walking for an hour a day will also get your body adjusted to working out. Bike for an hour, try increasing your pace slowly. So your body can adjust. Shocking your body into hard paced workouts is never good. Dive in slowly and you will notice the pounds melt away and you will start to feel better.
