How can i lose weight from my thighs?

Basically, how can I make my THIGHS thinner.

I'm losing weight from my stomach by the looks of it, but my thighs and calves are HUGE.

How can I make them thinner?! What exercises?

I heard running, but would that not make them MUSCLY, making them...

even bigger? :S

running and squats it will build muscle but keep it slim like strong firm and slim hehe how did you lose stomach weight and in how much time please fun mail me

there are tons of floor and standing exercises to work on your thighs---look up thigh exercises online and you can find lots for free! (and they're not as painful as running)

squats, lunges, and roman chairs at the gym..

join a local gym and ask someone who works there for further exercises
