It is going to be incredibly hard to lose a considerable amount of weight in one week. It is extremely unhealthy and very dangerous. As for trying to make yourself vomit, that is wrong. You do not need to lose weight so urgently, you do not need to look the same as your friends.
Do not try and make yourself vomit again, this is an extremely unhealthy way of losing weight.
Eat veggies and fruit only with garlic salt, fake butter (0 cals.), eat raw or steamed. Eat a lot too, I did this and it worked. Made soup too out of the veggies and limpton soup mix, so good! Frozen or canned work great too-- just don't get fruit with heavy syrup. I lost 10lbs in one week. Oh and drink plenty of water. I bought some Mega T mix and added some splenda to it. Works well. Good luck and don't vomit or starve to loose weight, it will get you sick and you will gain it back so fast and even more. Try to take a 10-45 min walk every day too.
when will people listen...if you make yourself vomit you will make yourself ill, you will start doing it more and more and make your self very ill...I understand you want to lose weight trust me I am far from skinny but I would rather be fat for a while and lose weight slowly rather than be skinny for a few months and die!
