How can i lose weight and keep it off? help!

Hey, I'll be 16 in November, 5'6. I weigh around 200 lbs but its fat, and muscle. I play softball. I hate it that I'm so big. I get teased all the time at school and church and in public. Its really hard for me. I'm super self-consious.Well, I have...

tried diets, I'm scared of pills because of my age. I have been reading the answers to some questions on here and hopefully yall can elp me out. I try to work out before I go to sleep, I hate eating breakfast (thats a problem). I hate water. I have a huge butt and thighs. my stomach is big also. Well, I can't exactly give you the solution to the problem. But I can tell you what I do to keep in fit. Then round it to where you can do it also.

I usually walk around, 50-60 miles a week because I live in the country and have land to walk/run around on.
So if you live in the city, or the country, just take your dog for a walk, or just grab your mp3, go outside and start walkin. The music will help you loose track of the distance you've traveled and before you know it, you might have walked a few miles.

My workout would consist of push-ups, sit-ups, and finally, bends and thrusts.
Bends and thrusts are where you stand up, then put your hands on the floor in front of you, kick your legs out once your hands are on the floor so you go into the push-up phase. Do a push up, then jump to where your feet are semi-close to your hands, then stand up. Then repeat.

Start out as doing 15-20 pushups,
30-40 situps
and 10 bends and thrusts.

Each 2 weeks step it up a few more. Eventually you'll be loosing weight and not knowing it.

As for the eating thing. Breakfast is really good for you, best meal of the day. I'd eat oatmeal, or some boiled eggs without the yoke. Stay away from fast food, anything to do with butter or cheese.
Protein would be good, steak or something like that will help.

Well eat healthily and exercise. Yoga is always good at the start because you dont want to rush into over exercising yourself...
You can start jogging and trying different sports.. perhaps swimming?
BUT remember keep away from fast foods.. and maintain a healthy diet

stay off of bread and grains. that's a major calorie source right there. try the South Beach Diet. It really works, my mom did it and I noticed a difference in 2 weeks. It really works. Start it on a friday, because you'll be exhausted the next day. good luck =)
