eat less fatty foods,like MC.DONALDS,sweets,chocolates,eat more fruit,vegetables and exercise..I was one time in diet for two weeks...I was exercising 4-5 hours,I was doing it hard and I did lost weight in two weeks,and I could even treat myself with some ice-cream...But after some time I gave up diet and it didn't took me long till I put on more weight. ...loosing weight too quickly isn't good..You just get bored eating fruits vegetables and all the time training,I couldn't do it,maybe you can...
If you wnna lose wait...dont go on diet skills just decrease the amount of food you eat everyday and try not to eat snacks cz they are the mainly problem of increasing weight and the most important thing is to play sports you can do any activity you like and its going to help you a lot and I think this way your going to lose weight and stretch your body at the same time...And believe me if you go on diet later on your going to have problems that your going to gain the weight you lost easily after you finish your diet...
Don't take second helpings, eat until you are about to be full. NOT COMPLETELY FULL!
f you are hungry before a meal, don't snack, just remind yourself that when you are hungry you are loosing fat... If you have to eat something eat a small fruit, or a vegetable.
Don't eat late, because your metabolism slows down during the day.
Have a HUGE breakfast, you won't be able to eat much for the rest of the day, and chances are that since its early you will burn all those calories.
Exercise as much as possible.
Drink lots of water, it makes you feel full when you have something in your stomach.
