try eating healthy , cut down on fatty foods and sugary drinks , and excercise daily , and if you want to go veggie , you need to do some math first , you'll need to learn what foods to eat to get enough protein , vitamins , and minerals that meat gives you
The only thing you can do: eat right & exercise. A change in diet, alone, if you're not exercising enough will not result in your body burning off the excess fat.
If you want to lose weight, eat right, and exercise. Jog, walk, run, etc. Do this at least 3-5 times a week, 30 min of activity, and 5-10 minutes of warm up, stretching, and cool down.
Keep a journal, so that you know exactly what you accomplished while you work on your fitness goals. That way, when you look at the most recent week or month, you'll know if you did enough exercise to really make a difference or no.
um, I dont suggest you try this until you get anarexic or anything, only try this until your happy with your weight. You have 4-5 really small meals during the day. about fist sized, so until dinner you would of had about 5 fist-sized snacks (MAKE THEM HEALTHY SNACKS!!). Then, I dont think you should worry about dinner, just eat it.
EAT when your hungry
STOP when your not hungry.
And if you love food and eat it when your not hungry, maybe bored, drink water until your stomache is full. (water is also healthy for you).
And be extra nice to your teeth, as frequent snacking can make them a bit yellow.
Don't force yourself, have fun because your body is still growing and needs food to grow.
And burn off calories by.. just moving around I guess.

I'm 13 years old and I want to lose weight. I'm not FAT but I'm not slim either. I dont want to make my mum suspicious by GOING VEGGIE or anything, I just want to be healthy!
(and please be more specific then 'just eat healthily)
oh yeah, and I'm not a gr8 fan of veg but I'm open!
