How can I lose weight?

I am obsessed with my weight! It's all I think about everyday. I feel so guilty every time I eat something! I don't know what to do. I really need to lose weight but no matter how little I eat or how much I exercise, I can't seem to lose a pound!
help please!!!

you can do a lot of exersizing. YOU should run at least 3 miles a day.

okay first of all you need to calm down. if you feel guilty about eating thats horrible you eat to actually live. and weight doesnt come off jsut like that. trusst me I would know I used to be very over weight and I thought it one day I owuld change and it takes a lot of time and concentration. what I learned is you need to use portions. you dont need to go on a diet or cut every pieced of junk food out of your life you jsut have to watch how much of it you eat. and you probly dont need to loose as much as you think. if you watch the intake of what you eat and not barely eat then youll see progress even if it seems forever. you have to be patcient. but if I could do it so could you. but if you barely eat youll pig out another day which isnt good. and you dont need to over exercise jsut take time to be active in each day like a simple walk or whatever you like to do. go on a diet or eat fruits and vegetables every day for 3 weeks without any desserts or junk.

first of all you are gorgeous and dont look like you need to lose weight at all. But if you feel you need to lose a little then you can use what is called the 'sane diet'. You eat only healthy fruits, vegetables, no oil or soft drink, then choose one day out of the week to be the day where you can eat whatever you like. This way you are strict with yourself but also know you can have whatever you like in a few days, trust me it works. good luck

Well, stress can add weight. So you could be doing everything just fine, and if you stress over it, mess it all up.
Personally, I don't think ya need to lose any weight. I think you have a hot body.
BTW puberty, once your through with that, it should be much easier.

There's something very wrong here. You are not being rational when you say you need to lose weight. You need to find a way to stop the obsession. Talk to a counselor about your health and anxiety.

Want to try something DIFFERENT ???
just do the following RIGHT NOW ;

1--chant 'hari om'(hari as in HURRY & om as in HOME without the 'H') do this repetedly & a point will come where you will feel like you just want to close your eyes ( in that case case do it).At this point increase the number of O in om like HARI OOOM & then ---HARI OOOM--- & so on.when you chant this VEDIC MANTRA then remain silent (no thinking!,fidgeting,moving,etc) for an amount of time taken to chant this one mantra.this looks very very simple but its effects are very very very large (even ALBERT EINSTEIN would not had imagine it !!!). this is called 'CHUP SADHANA' & I learned it from 'param pujya ASARAMJI bapu'.--->'www.asharam.org '
