It will be mainly exercise and diet, as boring as that sounds.
Two things can really speed up this process:
1. Switch to 75% fruits and vegetables
2. Exercise by running or swimming -- anything to get your heart rate up there. Do minimal strength training -- you'll gain more weight by building up those muscles.
So basically... hit the treadmill or elliptical machine with a vengance 3 or more times per week. Do minimal strength training to keep your muscles in tone. Kill processed foods (flour, sugar, junk food). Go whole hog on the fruits and vegetables.
Oh, and stop eating after dusk.
