WELL your NOT FAT your WEIGHT IS OKAY 4 your AGE.
I'm sorry to say..but fat can't just go away with dieting...it really does have to require some exercise in it!! but changing your diet dose help...start eating healthy...and whenever you need a snack don't go for the sugary stuff!! take a bite into an apple instead!! and if you don't like exercising... try finding a favorite sport that gets you moving and keeps you active!! I noe it's hard to get off that bum sometimes...but being lazy and just sitting around... really dosen't make the fat go away!!
lol well when you wigh 170 like me then you can say your fat lol joke
I tried a diet, eat once a day, but I was hungry and I eated my all sweets and everything what was in the fridge and I did exercises yesterday 200 sit ups but im too lazy to continue the exercises everyday
