the best way to lose weight is with use of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and give up pop, chips and the likes of junk food, it's clinically shown that the use of such foods in limited use or only as a occational treat will show in the lose of fats and the building of muscle, good luck and try three 15min. moderate work-out routines a week, jump rope , walking, meditation/yoga,sports drink plenty of water as it cleanses the body of chemicals and fats
u know i am 15 too. i am 5ft 2in and weight 145 pounds. i thought i was so fat and exercised all day well actually 4 hrs a day and don't eat candy or junk food. so i was like oh my god i am so freakin fat but you know the doctor told me i wasn't fat and it's true because all that weight is muscle u know 'cuz muscle weights more than fat. ok so any ways try doing yoga and pilates and ride your bike a lot. also if u take 500 pounds from your daily calorie intake and burn other 500 in exercise you can loose 2 lbs in a week. i lost 2in off my waist this summer!!!
