You need to find the right diet for your body type. Not all diets work because we are all different. For example, I dont diet, I eat what I want but just watch the healthy and unhealthy choices I make. I work out 6 days a week w/out supplements and I loose weight. The first thing you should do is find out how many calories you burn each day and add how many you take in. The difference in calories is what your body begins to store as fat. You need to burn 3000 extra calories to loose a pound. For each pound of muscle you put on your body will burn an extra 50 calories a day! Also, vitamin C helps with weight loss and glutamin, fish oil helps your hair and nails grow and makes your skin healthy.
