I AM EXACTly like ya only I'm 5'6 and 122 I think and I hate it but if you do stomach crunches but curve your spine like a C then it realy tones your tummy and if you stand on your tipy toes and do squats it realy toned me up a littel but I'm still trying to lose more but it dont realy matter what you eat as long as it's not fast foor or junky food hope I helped!!!

How can i lose 18 pounds?
How can I lose 18.5 pounds by june 1st??
I used to weigh 130. Went down to 115. And now I weigh 124 again. I want to get down to like 107 and stay there. How many calories a day should I eat? I always try to eat healthy and then I just binge at night....
Thats why I do better like starving myself for a couple days and then eat.
How do I do it!?!?!? Whats my max of calories? And whats my minimum? And do I have to wrk out? And how long a day do I need to work out?
