Are weight loss pills healthy?

I am 14 years old and I weigh 140. I try to extercise daily but it just doent seem to wrk and everyone call me fatass. my friend told me to tae some pills to mak you loose weight. Is that healthy?

no weight loss pills are healthy. If you want to lose weight bad enough nothing beats old fashioned excersice and a good diet. If you drink soda stop. That helps too. go for a 30 minute walk a day and you'd be suprised at the results.

extreamly unhealthy! you should'nt worry about your weight because im 13 an I weigh 13 stone 6 pounds and I don't care if people bully me because I've got friends and thats the only thing that matters! if you want add me to your friends list and I'll tell you what else you can do.

Most likely you will shed those extra pounds in the next couple of years if they are just "baby fat." If not, take the good advice given. Eliminate sugary drinks and do some fun activities. Don't resort to pills of any kind without a doctor's advice. They are way too dangerous. Good luck!
