I don't know how many calories you should eat per day but i have a few suggestions on how you can trim down
EAT HEALTHY: did you know that its a proven fact that eating breakfast can actually help you lose weight? Eat a healthy kind of cereal and maybe a banana and orange juice. OJ boosts your iron which decreases your chances of becoming weak throughout the day since you are going to be cutting down on food intake. Bananas decrease your chances of getting cramps from excersises. Then I'd say jog a couple laps around your block or something. Remember that sweat is positive. means burning calories! so don't be afraid to not strip but don't over heat. Drink plenty of water and don't drink cokes! you'd be surprized how much sugar is in one canned cola! For lunch, lose the burgers and fries, try white meat like chicken. did you know that at Chik-fil-A, an 8 pc chicken nuggets has less calories than a small fry! with the chicken, grab a bag a BAKED chips and a HEALTHY, all natural smoothy, water, or juice! some energy drinks may be packed with sugar. Avoid anything fried and indulge on baked! If your having withdraws from sugar, try fruit! Fruit is so sweet you can pack a blender with the nasties veggies but add a couple of fruits and the sweetness from the fruit overpowers veggies and all you taste is pure sweetness. You may want to jog a couple more laps AFTER dinner for faster results and no one looking to lose weight or maintain their weight should ever eat right before going to bed. The food will sit in your body for the 8 hours that you sleep and you will be in a stationary position for a while and won't be able to burn those added calories off.

How can i lose a few pounds before vacation?
I'm actually fine with my weight, but I just want to loose a few pounds for vacation. I wouldnt mind if I even gained it back. But I at least want to loose three or four pounds. How many calories should I eat per day?
