How can i look good?

So Far, I am having the WORST Days of my life. Even on this month of my 19th Birthday.
I'm farr always too sad and depressed on how I am and LOOK.
Even though I have a job and everything, I don't make Enough, and my clothes are currently Ripping off of...

me.
Holes in my shoes and feels as though I am barefooted when I walk in rain.
Everything I wear is RIPPING!
But other than that, I just have a question:

How can I prevent Acne from moving off my face down to my Chest, Neck, and Back??
Thankfully, its not on my face much. But now its every where Else!! HELP!
How Gross is that! I have to deal with it , and I need something FAST.
I want to be able to look good and I have been trying SOooo Soo hard to achieve that goal. It's never ending.
So what will remove the acne as fast as possible??

Go to ur doctor if he thinks it a good idea to put u on tablets they work well
but if he duznt think its that bad try derma-vene (dunno how 2 spell) from an chemist and wen your in the bath or shower wash your self with it and wen your just doin ur face mix that with clean and clear deep cleanising wash

about the acne 1 thing i have found to work is to tan often and also get clearasils vanishing acne treatment cream.
it works really well.

also i know where you are coming from about the clothes and stuff i had the same problem. i just made friends with cool people who dont judge me and now i just rock what have and save for what i dont

ive had that problem an tannen doesnt help but goin to ur doctor does they will give u antibiotics an it does help an they will give u a cream for places like ur back etc

i hate my acne all over EVERYWHERE! Just go mental... have 2 showers a day, eat healthy, be clean all the time, avoid too much body sprays, tie up your hair, let the sun get at it, DON'T put moisture's, lotions, body butter, etc. on the mental areas... If all fails after about 1 or 2 month's (it takes a while for the bloody things to die) consult your doctor! It can leave scars take it seriously! I covered in scare and bruises... I didn't do anything thats why! =] good luck!
