How can I know if a guy isnt interested in me anymore?

1 ~ he doesn't perk up when you're around
2 ~ when you tell a joke or in some other way try to make him laugh, you get only a polite chuckle, if that, or he seems to not care, or that he didn't hear you
3 ~ another guy flirts with you and the guy you like isn't bothered at all
4 ~ he 'forgets' to return calls, texts, emails, etc., and gives a lame excuse if you get any answer at all
5 ~ if you talk about your feelings, he glazes over, changes the subject, and/or says he has to get going
6 ~ if you give him a present, he glances at it, mumbles a flimsy 'thanks', puts it aside ..
7 ~ he makes it obvious that other girls are getting his attention
8 ~ he doesn't want to look like he's 'with' you in public
9 ~ you just 'feel' like he's 'not there' on a regular basis.
10 ~ but the number one way to tell is this: HE SAYS SO.
