How can I increase my current height?

I'm 19 about 5'6-5'7 140 lbs in great shape, but I feel as though I'm too short. My father is about 5'10-5'11 and my mom is 5'2. My grandpa was about 6'1, my uncle the same. will I ever be as tall or taller than my dad? Is there anything I can do/eat to increase height? Or am I done growing?

theres not really a lot you can do short of plastic surgery. Having said that, pilates have been known to elongate you. It wont work miracles but it helps with posture and stuff and it does make you appear a bit taller. If you're over eighteen, you're not likely to grow anymore, although some people continue growing into their twenties. Height is mostly determined by genetics but there are some environmental factors like good nutrition and having an active lifestyle.

at 19 its likely that youve grown as tall as your going to get.
but some people do continue to grow, even after there 20's.
your body doesnt work that way though. there isnt just something you can eat that will make you taller. as far as I know the only thing that could help is surgery (theres surgery to make you taller) but you sound tall enough as it is and I wouldnt recommend any type of surgery unless its bothering you to the point of not being able to look at yourself in the mirror.
im 18 and im a lot shorter than you! and im happy with that
so unless you learn to love yourself you might want to result to surgery. but I would recomend waiting a few more years ( to see if you do grow)
