How can I get more confidence when I'm out with my girlfriend?

Its very strange,I am a VERY confident person,alone,or when im with freinds,but anytime im with my girl alone someone out...like the mall...movie...eating somewhere,I am not confident,I feel like something bad can happen like someone can look at her or me in a bad way or say something bad to her and im going to have to do something/have a confrintation,I hate thinking like this and it puts my confedence down,I am only like this with her,when im by myself or with people,I NEVER feel like this,but I do when I go out with her somewhere,I just dont want her to think im a scared person and I dont want to be in position like that,but im sure there a BUNCH of guys out here that can help me out with that,or any girls too,it would be greatly apprecaited,thanks so much...

if anyone says something bad you could just talk back! when you think about someone talking bad about her or thinking bad about you guys just end it with you telling them off. Be bold and angry even if its just in your head.
Or you could just block every other face in the room besides your girl's (that might make her happy too) and think its just you two alone by yourselves.
And if that doesn't work you could think of everyone around you in lacey panties an bras ontop of their heads.lol just kidding
Its a mental thing so you just need to think your way out of it you sund pretty smart so you can do it. Just keep your thoughts on your girl and you should be fine.

thanks a lot,I'll try it out,yea it is a mental thing,I like your advice,just concentrate on her and everything should be fine

sounds like you may have a little anxiety for whatever reason. maybe you should stop thinkin so negative and just smile and relax, and most importantly be yourself.
things arent always what we think. just enjoy the time and live for the moment.
