u might have a throyd problem if you cant gain any weight...or your build is small...workout but dont do cardio just muscle building.
Start lifting weights and do squats and leg presses on the leg press machine. Use a weight that you can squat with for 10-12 repitions and at least 3 sets. Same on the leg press machine. Squats are good for the butt and the leg press more for the thighs.
work out im 5'10 and I work out when I was your age I was very skinny. But as years pass by with age you will thicken up naturally. Im thick now but not too thick. I am pretty curvy. But I like to stay toned so I work out.
well im telling you this I have a metabolism too and thats life I change by not doing any thing it will come to you soon just be patience.






How can I get thicker if eating more doesn't work?
I'm almost 14 years old.. im 5'11 and I weigh 125 pounds. id really like to get thicker in my legs and butt b/c since im so tall, im really skinny... any suggestions? -oh and I tried eating more, it doesnt work, I have a fast metabolism.
