How can i get rid of my acne??!!??

Okay, seriously I've been suffering with acne for almost 5 years now, and its really starting to bug me. I've tried I dont how many different things to get rid of it, And nothings working. I've even went to the doctors and got medicine stuff, which thats...

Go see a dermatologist. If you can't do that, here are some tips:

-Don't touch your face,as the oil from your fingers will put oil on your face, therefore possibly causing whiteheads or blackheads which, if infected, grow into zits.

-Don't put any lotion or moisturizer on your face. It'll just add oil. Oil-free moisturizers are fine.

-No sunscreen except oil-free! Neutrogena and Aveeno have oil-free sunscreens. If you find one and it doesn't say oil-free,don't get it. Even if it says non-greasy, that doesn't mean oil-free.

-Buy a cleanser. I recommend St.Ives Apricot Scrub. It has 2% Salicylic Acid, which is great. Its perfect for oily skin. Don't scrub too hard; it might hurt your face.

If none of that works, I strongly suggest you go see dermatologist. They may be able to prescribe something for you. Good luck!
