THEY HAVE IN THE HAIR COLOR SECTION OF THE STORE WHAT IS CALLED HAIR STRIPPER. IT STRIPS ALL THE COLOR FROM YOUR HAIR. I USED TO STREAK MY HAIR LIKE THAT. ( I LIKED TO SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE WHEN I DO MY HAIR) I THINK IT IS CALLED MAXI BLONDE AND THEY HAVE A COUPLE OTHERS TOO.
DON'T FREAK OUT WHEN YOU SEE IT BECAUSE IT'S BRIGHT BLUE. BUT YOUR HAIR WON'T TURN THAT COLOR. ALSO, IF YOU ARE HIGHLIGHTING YOUR HAIR WITH A CAP, AFTER YOU PUT THE COLOR ON YOUR HAIR STRANDS THAT YOU PULL THROUGH THE CAP TIE A PLASTIC GROCERY BAG OVER YOUR HAIR.
THE HEAT FROM YOUR HEAD IS WHAT HELPS DYE YOUR HAIR, SO IT JUST HELPS HOLD THE HEAT IN.

I have DARK DARK possibly brown blonde hair. I want bold blonde streaks, but my bleach will not get them very light. Does anyone know how to get them so they are BOLD and LIGHT? Tips??? How do you do that weaving thing with tin foil? Its not the bleach...
its how I do it I think... I just put in a heap... lol... what can I do?
