How can I get out of resource/special ed classes?

Okay,here's the thing, I'm not retarded, I'm actually pretty smart & I started being in special ed since 7th grade b/c I had these crazy english & science teachers that thought I should go lower b/c I didn't do too well. I mean I'm getting good grades now, & my teach says she trusts me in a larger class for english & same for social studies,but my science teach wants me in resource. This is embarrassing . Oh,yeah I'm a freshman.

If you're doing well, talk to your parents about getting switched into higher level classes. Talk to your guidance counselor about your feelings.
