How can i get my eyeshadow to stay on?

I want to know how I can keep my eyeshadow from coming off. Whenver I put it on,
It always seems to come off, so the color is not there anymore. What can I do to get my eyeshadow to stay on for a long period of time?

It may be the make of product your using? try using popular brands like maybelline and revlon, make sure its just the eye shadow on your lids no foundation or anything and try not to touch your eyes.

Make sure you're using a good brand, and what may help is (though it sounds strange) dabbing on a tiny bit of hair gel and gently smoothing it over the eye shadow.

umm better than sticky hair gel use some liquid foundation on your lids first then put on your eyeshadow
