I need to get in good shape before the start of next year, can you help me??
it depends what kinda shape your in now, just do exersize on a balanced diet like set your self like 1000 cals and 1 hour of exersize in a day and just cut down all your food and all junky stuff. good exersizes are .jogging .sit ups .push ups .crunches .boxing/karate
or take up a sport you enjoy that you will commit to, jsut remeber to cut down your calories, note them down if you have to
