weight lifting...cut out all the sweets...drink 10 glasses of water a day, go to vitamin world and get a container of protein mix drink two a day. Get chicken breasts and bake them, snack on sugar free jello...
On the wights do two sets of each weight legs one day arms the next do ab crunches not sit ups...lye on floor spread legs apart then take feet and put them togather soles touching keep your knees as close to floor as you can stand...place finger tips on back of head and raise shoulders only up off floor...even better to take a soccer ball and put in the curve of your lower back.
