I am interseted to learn abroad but the cost for tution in abroad is to expensive for a person who is living in the most poorest nation in the world like my country Ethiopia.Therefore my question to you is how can easily access the address of collegies or univeristies that give a free schoolarship in the united state of America?

I know someone getting a free ride at Stanford that is from Ethiopia because he is a near genius webmaster that was up for a nomination to the Pulitzer Prize.
