Do 300 crunches a day and you'll get results- TRUST ME! Depending on how muscular you naturally are, it's possible to get results before school starts.

yea I agree with bright eyes crunches most definally helps, what I would do and reccomend is a full fledge work out week,where all you do all day is work out I mean yea take you a break every hour and a half but during I mean running crunches push ups isometrics ,stretching and so forth, then after that week which im speaking of 5 days give it a rest for 3 days then go back for another weeks work, and nooo I repeat nooo sugar!!!and noo cokes and no candy you will need to drink water and have 3 meals a day id recoomend eggs for breakfast has a lot of protein, well good luck

I also heard drinking 3 cups of green tea daily helps reduce fat in the stomach area. Yes, it tastes aweful, but if you put a LITTLE sugar or lemon in it, it's drinkable. I'm not pausitive, but you should try in and c!

get oen of those core balls... sit on it instead of a chair at your desk or while you watch tv... just sitting on it strengthens yours abs and back... during the commercials do crunches on it

Don't stress over it! Crunches and other abdominal exercises will help tone and give definition if you are already slim. However if you have extra fat you really want to get rid of you'll have to do more general aeorobic exercises (like running, cycling, aerobics classes, dancing, anything that raises your heartbeat and gets you a bit out of breath). Don't overdo it I'm not sure when school starts over there, they already have here (Scotland), but I doubt its far away enough to be able to make a noticeable difference in a healthy way. Do it properly. Eat healthily and regularly, exercise more and you should see results which will last.

ok dude you need to get to the gym and you need to streach then do some crunchs then run or do something for about 3mins the do more chruncha then keep doing it till you can do it any more.
