I need a flat, sexy stomach. How can I make that happen by the summer time?

well I have a flabby stomach lol so I started going to the gym and watch what I eat, I do 40-50 miutes of cardio and I do 10-15 minutes on weights, I do around 40 sit ups and increase the number by 5 each time I go, and I have started noticing that my stomache has gone in a little and has become quite hard which means it's getting toned; so try this and it should work out for you too. (ignore the comment above, if a flat stomache appeals to you as sexy then it is sexy).

Hahaha Ignore me.. why would anyone do that? Being yourself is best. Don't change yourself because you think something is sexy. Everyone is perfect in their own way.
