How can I gain weight eating healthy foods? My Doctor said to gain weight because I have bladder cancer that they are treating and I am under weight. He said to pile on the calories, but I am afraid I will do more harm that good if I eat unhealthy...

Be sure to eat (if you are a girl/woman)at least 2000 calories a day, if you are a boy or man you probably need to consume a lot more to gain weight. Some healthy foods that if eaten in bulk can aid weight gain are cheese, full-fat milk, milkshakes (even though they are not the healthiest they do have calcium), pasta, potato, yogurt, smoothie, peanut butter, lasagne, advocado, bannanas.
