I remember once a friend of mine had this problem. I made him stay awake for something ridiculous like 2 days to knock his sleeping habit back. While that's probably not the best way of doing it, it worked in that instance.
The idea is to get yourself so tired you can't bear to stay awake a moment longer... but you've got to hope like anything it coincides with a time when you're meant to be sleeping.
I suggest going 2 the doctor if it gets worste...I had this problem like a yr ago, and my mom took me 2 the doc because it got so bad. what happned iz I got meds 4 like a week or 2, and my mom wudnt let me sleep then other in a regular sleeping schedual. eventually it just became habit, and the pills were taken away. I dont think I really needed them, but at least I was careful.

I had this exact problem last year and first I went to a therapist then to a doctor, they both told me I had an inbalance and if thats the case with you too it will help a lot if they can give you a perscription. maybe if its not that bad you wont have to keep taking it cause some sleeping pills can become addicting, but either way not being able to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep at night isnt good for you =/

How can i fix my sleeping shedual?
My sleeping schedule is so horrible - I pull all nights almost everyday of the week, might grab a few hours in between. I don't know why I cant sleep, I just lay there wide awake. Sometimes I get tired during the day and I sleep but never at night.
