First read your owner's manual, as most music players, including cell phones need to see the file in MP4 format. If this is the case, GOOGLE file conversion software free download. Select one of the many programs that convert MP3 to (MP4) other formats.
This will create a copy of the files you wish to import into the phone, in the format the phone needs to see. Then plug the USB adaptor from your phone to any USB port on your computer. WINxp and VISTA will recognize the device automatically.
Follow the screen prompts, and transfer the music to your phone. Do not exceed the
Capacity of your phone's storage...or you will lose some songs. Your manual should state how many meg or gig the phone can hold. The converter programs give you a running count on megs so stop before overloading phone.
