Well, there is a way, but it isn't the exact same thing.
All you do is you watch not to eat food in high fats and oils such as many cheeses, ice cream etc.
Also, you have to eat a curtain preportion of every kind of food, which you can find out more on the internet threw google.
Basicly all you do is count every single calorie you eat and do not go over it. the maximum is 2,500. But, in weight watchers, they start at a higher maximum until you get used to smaller, and smaller, and smaller sized meals etc. Also, if you watch out for what you eat as well as exercise, I don't really see a reason to spend money to sign up.
