Well try drinking lots of water...LOTS! And do some exercising like... running on the tread for 30mins... plus try doing 100 sit ups aday..try not to eat as much food 3 times a day is fine or 6 little meals. Fruits and veggies are good to eat. No junk or soda.

How can you lose weight when you have to grow during the time of puberty.
Yes, I'm eating healthy.. Lots of greens.. I have stomach issues and I have to eat healthy.. For now.
And I can't miss a meal.. How can I lose weight if I have to eat so much?
I walk a lot.. Because we have to go out and buy food..
Is it possible?
I thought I'd lose weight because of all the healthy food I was eating.. No junk food!!
.. But I feel like I'm gaining...=(
