Keep yourself busy! Do sports, find a hobby, get a job, volunteer, exercise, the list goes on. This is what works for me.
a lot of people eat when they are either bored or stressed. Keep yourself active and happy and you'll be taking the firsts steps to eating healthy.
You need to stop thinking about not eating. It's like not thinking about the pink elephant.
Have sex...a lot of it. u'll forget about food =)

its past 1:30 right now- kinda tired
Try reading or talking to someone also when you eat don't eat in front of the tv or computer because you tend to eat more when you are distracted
If you think about eating, stop to consider if you're really hungry or not. Or if you're just bored. You should know the difference. If you are just wandering around with nothing to do, then you're bored and shouldn't eat. But if your tummy starts growling at you and such, you should eat. Just 3 meals a day and maybe two small snacks. No more than that. Try and have self control. And find something fun to do. Leaving the house helps. If you're not in the house, then you can't get to food.
Get a hobby.
Read, Join a club, do yoga, collect stamps, etc.
Getting a hobby will help keep you bus enough to keep you from eating when its not necessary. Also, get your friends to help you from binge eating.

I overeat.. :'( How Can I distract myself from eating so I only eat when I'm Hungry?
I've tried drinking a lot, staying out of the kitchen... but nothing works!!!
Help!
