How can i convince my parents to let me get snake bites?

Ok, im 16 years old and want snake bites. But my parents think that looks tacky and is unprofessional. im a good kid, for the most part, dont get in trouble at school desent grades, but the answer is no. Everytime I ask its, no, end of disscustion....

everytime I ask what is there reason for not letting me they just say, no, thats my reason. please help!!!

Unfortunately your parents are close-minded in the sense that they won't even give a reason for their dictatorship.
Fortunately, you can use that to your advantage.
Don't rush into the argument, ask them if you can talk to them and stay as calm and quiet as possible.
Look and feel responsible, as if you know what you are talking about.
Get your facts together. Perhaps there is a very successful person with a seemingly 'unprofessional' accessory? Bill Gates has a tattoo, who knew! And also get proof with pictures.
Look up all the health risks, statistics of how many people in the country have snakebites, etc.
Go into the argument not aimed to win, but aimed to show your parents you are a decent person and that snakebites are decent.
Also use the argument-
The world is changing. Pretty soon snakebites will be everywhere. What if in the future I have a boss who has snakebites. Then what would you say?
Also consider their childhoods. Ask them-
You must have wanted something when you were a kid and your parents said no. They must have thought it was inappropriate but it was part of the style. Remember I'm growing up in a different time than you, just as your parents grew up in a different era than you did.
Even if you lose, remember when you are 18 you are free. Don't be too disappointed. You won't die without them. Also physical appearance isn't the hugest deal. You can still be happy, no matter what.

I have my lip done and my mom had no problem in fact she took me to go get it done, but my dad didn't approve, in fact lol I didn't even ask him, snake bite are a lil to much metal around your lips but your parents probably just done like the look and can't understand why you would want such thing, really who cares just get them done. wait till your 18 then do what you want oonce you get them you CAN'T take them back my hole is always gunna be there and so will yours

um, dont get them done cause they look rediculous, get ya ear or somethin done instead

Dang when I was 13, I got my tounge and belly button peirced. I told my mom I can make my own desictions and I wont take no, its my body not yours she was pissed and then I told her I will get done by one of my friends then...she glared and said fine...hahah

I had the same problem but I just annoyed the hell out of my parents until they got it done for me
